how to buy the “helena” dress
Many people have written to me and asked how they may be able to have their very own “Helena” dress and in this section, I’ll give you the instructions on how to buy it.
First off, the dress was a one-of-a-kind creation that has no patterns but can be replicated. Apologies to those of you who are interesting in getting a pattern from me in order to make the dress yourself – I really just made it on a whim!
Secondly, I’ve been offering my customization services to many who would like to have their own “Helena” dress.
Interested individuals must send me a plain black strapless dress and I will embellish and customize it to look very similar to the dress in the video.
I charge a project fee of $250 USD for this service, which includes materials and labor. Due to the increase in jet fuel/gas, the shipping is no longer included in this price. Shipping will be based on your mailing address so if you are interested, please let me know so I can price it out for you.
Payment for the dress is made through PayPal or via cashier’s check or money order.
Please allow 2-3 weeks of production time for the dress to be completed and returned to you.
Remember, each dress is one-of-a-kind due to different designs and materials of the initial black strapless dress and personal touches custom to each client. Because each garment is one of a kind, there are no exchanges or refunds.
It may seem strange that I do not have dresses already made in different sizes and ready to ship out immediately.
I choose to have the client “hunt” for the perfect dress that fits her body type because it truly makes the end product more meaningful as the client played a large part of bringing the dress to life.
To order, please email me: renee@kinkychinky.org or leave me a comment and I will respond to you as soon as possible.

hey there! look at bridal stores, vintage stores, the salvation army, and even jc penny. those have been places where most of the ladies have been able to find plain, black, strapless dresses. if you need more help, email me: renee@kinkychinky.org

How long does it take you to make the dress if I would place an order sometime this month of October? I mean, I don’t really care how long it would take, but it’s something I would look forward to.
And: Would it be like almost an exact replica (not an exact, but what I mean is would it be very similar) to the one in the music video?

If i got you the dress by December, how long would it take yo to make the dress? and the 250 is for the whole thing, including shipping? I kind of wanted this but April for my prom…so yeah. oh yeah, would be almost the same as the one in the video? I really want that dress…lol

Ok, I get having to buy the dress, so does that mean though, that it can be a plus size and it wouldn’t matter? I’ve been looking forever to find a dress, and i decided that i’m going to find one so i can wear to my cousin’s wedding next year. Thanks so much!
